Richmond Council

The Adult Access Team is the first point of contact for all referrals and general enquiries. They’ll discuss your situation over the phone to find out more about the kind of help and support you need. They may follow this up with a visit to your home to discuss what help is available.

The Access team is open Monday to Thursday from 9am to 5.15pm, and on Friday from 9am to 5pm. 

Emergencies outside office hours

The Adults Emergency Duty Team is available Monday to Friday from 5pm to 8am, and 24 hours at weekends and on Bank Holidays.

Community Independent Living Service

The Community Independent Living Service (CILS) is a borough wide network of support, information and advice and signposting services. The aim of the service is to help people to live as independently as possible within the community. CILS is provided by two local partnerships: GoLocal and The Community Partnership.

The Carers Hub Service is a group of 9 local organisations commissioned by Richmond Council and NHS Richmond Clinical Commissioning Group to provide between them, services specifically for carers in the borough.
